| Abstract: | The settlement system between communication carriers mostly consists of the settlement between fixed communication carriers and mobile communication carriers and the settlement of inter-mobile communication carriers. This paper gives a survey of the settlement between the communication carriers and take an instance of the settlement between the network of CTT in Henan province. |
