长江源生态保护与流域经济可持续发展

长江发源于青藏高原的唐古拉山脉主峰 ,是我国第一、世界第三大河流。 1998年发生了长江全流域特大洪涝灾害表明这样一个事实 :“中游受灾 ,祸起源头、殃及下游”。因此 ,长江源生态环境的恶化是长江流域洪涝灾害频发的重要原因之一。同时长江源生态环境保护与武汉市经济是否能可持续发展有密不可分的关系。本文旨在介绍长江源地区一系列生态环境问题 ,提醒长江中、下游地区密切关注长江源 ,并相应探讨其生态环境保护与流域经济可持续发展之间关系

Continued Development of Ecological Protection of the Changjiang River Sources and Valley Economy

The Changjiang River rises in the main peak of Tanggula Maintains in the Qmghai Xizang Plateau. It is the first large river in China and the third large river in the world. In 1998 the catastrophic flood and waterlogging damage in the Changjiang River Valley presents the fact:"Dmnaged in the middle reaches, the scourge is in source and will bring calamity to the down reaches".Therefore, the deterioration of the ecological environment of the Changjiang River source is one of the important causes of frequently happening flood and waterlogging in the Changjiang River Valley. At the same time, the ecological environment protection of the Changjiang River source has the close relation with whether the economy in Wuhan City can be continually developed. The paper introduces a series of ecological environment problems in the area of the Changjiang River source. It also reminds the areas of the middle and down reaches of the Changjiang River to closely pay attention to the Changjiang River source, and it shall correspondingly approach to the relation between the ecological environmental protection and the continual development of the valley economy.
