| 摘 要： | 以加油过程时汽车油箱系统内的燃油流场为研究对象，建立高质量的网格模型，对燃油的流动情况进行数值仿真。采用多相流模型求解燃油的自由表面，获得加油过程中流场随时间变化的规律，从而考察油箱系统的受油能力。并把分析应用到现有的油箱系统的改进当中，改进原车加油管和通气管的设计，最终减小了加油过程中发生“反喷”的风险。多项流分析为油箱系统的设计提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | The flow field in the fuel tank when refueling as the research objects,builds high quality grid model to simulate the fuel flow field.Applying the multi-phase flow model to capture free surface of the fuel and the flow field variation are obtained.Meanwhile the fuel acceptance ability of fuel tank system is studied.Using this analysis in the existing fuel tank system improvement,fuel filter pipe and ventilation pipe of the former vehicle is optimized.Spit back risk when refueling is avoided.Multi-phase flow... |
