发展绿色新交通体系初探

传统的城市交通对石油的依赖性过大。汽车的石油消耗量占全国石油消耗总量的比重逐年攀升。而中国的石油资源严重短缺，受石油资源的制约越来越严重。客观上要求我们必须调整城市交通的能源消费结构，鼓励发展少用或不用石油的交通工具和模式，以保证中国交通事业的可持续发展。

Automobile oil consumption proportion is rising annually in the nation＇s total oil consumption amount. But China＇s oil resources shortage is more and more serious. Objectively, we are required tO adjust the urban transport energy consumption structure, encouraging the development of less or no oil mode of transport, so as to ensure sustainable development of China＇s transport industry.
