摘    要:铝合金电阻点焊技术是一项即将在汽车制造中获得广泛应用的技术,电极状况对焊接质量影响较大。研究了不同电极条件对TE50铝合金电阻点焊质量的影响,通过试验确定厂取得最佳点焊质量的焊接规范和电极条件,指出使用锥台形电极进行铝合金点焊时,尖端角度与端部边缘状态对点焊质量有显著影响。试验结果表明:使用锥台形电极进行铝合金点焊时,使用尖端角度为60°有圆弧过渡的电极获得的焊接质量最好,其原因是这种电极条件不仅能提供较高的平均电流密度,而且还能提供应力值较高的塑性环。

Abstract:Resistance spot welding technology of aluminum alloy is to be applied widely to auto industry. Electrodecondition impacts heavily on spot welding quality. Effects of various electrode conditions on resistance spot welding quality ofTE50 aluminum alloy are studied. By tests, welding procedures and electrode conditions for optimal spot welding quality havebeen found out. It is indicated that end angle and edge conditions of cone - shaped electrode impact heavily on spot weldingquality. It is shown by testing result that the optimal welding quality can he achieved when the end angle of the cone - shapedelectrode is 60 degrees and the edge is fitted by an arc, and the reason is that under such conditions not only higher averagecurrent density can be supplied, but also the plastic ring with a higher stress value can he supplied also.
