舰艇结构腐蚀状态评估方法与要求研究

舰艇结构存在着大量的腐蚀现象,可能直接影响到结构强度,甚至危及舰艇航行安全,大幅降低作战使用性能。在舰艇建造期间或者使用维护过程中,及时有效地开展腐蚀状态评估,将有助于发现潜在隐患,找到腐蚀损坏的原因,评定所采取防腐蚀措施的有效性,为新结构设计及其腐蚀防护措施的改进提供理论依据。

Evaluation on corrosion degree of naval vessels configuration

Naval vessels configuration can be corroded frequently,which may impact on structural strength directly,even endanger the safety of naval vessels,and lower the combat performance significantly.Before the delivery of the new vessels or in the course of its using and maintenance,it will be helpful to identify potential dangers,find out reasons of the corrosion,and estimate the validity of anti-corrosion measures by carrying out evaluation of corrosion degree timely and effectively.This will provide the theoretical support for new configuration design and improvement of corrosive protection for naval vessels.
