| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加快,越来越多的农民失去了他们赖以生存的土地,农民失去了土地的同时也失去了附着于其上的诸多权利和利益。目前的补偿安置工作存在诸多问题,对其问题的成因分析,提出失地农民的补偿安置模式的理论思路。

| Abstract: | As the rapid process of urbanization,more and more farmers lose their on-depending lands.Meanwhile,they also lose some rights and interests accreted.There are many problems of the setting and compensating for farmers who losing their lands.This paper tries to analyze the cause of these problems,and also gives its suggestion to the setting and compensating theoretically. |
