摘    要:通过建立汽车悬架的三维运动模型,运用COSMOSmotion进行动力学仿真,获取零件结构优化所需的载荷条件,以上摆臂为例,在HyperWorks中建立拓扑优化模型,确定设计区域,并针对摆臂的不同制造工艺,采取相应的制造约束条件,采用多工况单一目标的方案,基于伪密度法对摆臂的结构进行拓扑优化,实现了摆臂的概念设计目标。

Abstract:Loading conditions of structure optimization for suspension control arm are obtained by using dynamics simulation in COSMOSmotion. Topology optimization model of upper control arm is established based on HyperWorks. Dividing design space is needed, and the appropriate manufacturing constraints are taken for the arm of the different manufacturing processes. Based on pseudo-density method, the structural topology optimization of control arm is realized by using finally the concept design goal is achieved. single objective and multiple loading cases,
