| 摘 要： | 黄沙湾排渍站在外河水位较高,淹没出水拍门时,机组开启后产生轰鸣声,抽不出水。分析故障原因,为出水钢管内空气无法排出,经压缩产生震动,导致扬程增至超出水泵最大扬程,因而无法上水。经增设通气孔后,故障被排除。

| Abstract: | When the water level of the outer river is higher and the outlet flap is inundated in Huangshawan Floodwater Drainage Station, roaring is occurred after the unit opened, the water is not be pumped. The fault cause to be analyzed is the air in outlet steel pipe is unable to discharge, through the compression it produces vibration so that the lift increases to exceed the maximum lift of the pump, therefore without inlet of water. After setting the air hole, the fault is removed. |
