沈阳市揽军高架桥盖梁加固工程设计

沈阳市二环快速道路工程揽军高架桥桥墩盖梁为倒梯形隐式盖梁。部分盖梁出现大量裂缝及露筋、锈蚀等现象,且病害不断发展,结构耐久性和承载力逐渐下降,已严重影响到行车安全。对该桥病害盖梁采用增设预应力及粘贴钢板等技术措施,对该桥进行维修加固,取得良好效果。

Design of Reinforcement Project for Capping Beams of Lanjun Viaduct in Shenyang

Lanjun Viaduct in Shenyang Second Ring Expressway Project is a simply supported hollow slab structure bridge,and capping beams of piers are inverted trapezoidal concealed capping beams.During use of the bridge a large quantity of cracks,reinforcing bar exposure and rust,etc.are found in part of capping beams and diseases are in increasing development,As a result the endurance and bearing capacity of structures decrease gradually,and driving safety has been seriously affected.This paper introduces technical measures such as addition of prestress and bonding steel plates,etc.for diseased capping beams of the bridge to maintain and reinforce the bridge,and perfect effect is obtained.
