| 摘 要： | 1.蒽醌注射液对麻醉兔有明显降压作用。连续给药几次后,药量蓄积,小剂量即可引起血压骤降甚至死亡。是否与降低血糖,或药物蓄积中毒有关尚需进一步探讨。2.蒽醌注射液对麻醉兔有明显减慢心率作用,未发现心电图有其它改变。

Effect of Anthraquinone (One of Chemical Compositions of Polygonum Cuspidadum S.et Z.) on the Cardiovascular System |

| Abstract: | The blood pressure of anesthetized rabbits was significantly decreasedby giving anthraquinone. As a result of accumlation of the drug adminis-tered repeatedly, its lower dose could decrease the blood pressure so sha-rply that the animals would die. Whether the condition is due to hypo-glycemia and/or accumulative toxication should be further studied. The heart rates of the anesthetized rabbits were decreased significantlyby giving anthraquinone, except that any other change was not found inelectrocardiograph. |
