| 摘 要： | 介绍了碗扣式钢管脚支架的施工工艺和控制要点。通过陈家坪立交桥连续箱梁施工实例，论述了碗扣式钢管脚支架的平面布置方法及受力验算方法，提出了碗扣式钢管脚支架的U托旋出长度的计算方法及纵横坡的调整方法，并指出采用找零立杆的方法可以解决较大纵横坡度箱梁的施工问题；采用贴焊钢筋的方法可以解决U托偏心受压的问题。阐述了施工中支架预压的重要性并给出了预留沉降值。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces construction technics and control point of bowl fasten mode steel tube bracket. Through project example-the continuous box girder construction of Chen Jiaping crossroads, it discusses the plane layout and strained checking of bowl fasten mode steel tube bracket carefully, putting forward computting method of U back out in length and adjustive method of longitudinal gradient and transversal slope and it also indicate adopting measure of zero finding poling in order to solve construction problem of box girder when it is in larger gradient ; and the thesis introduces method to settle the problem of U eccentricity partiality compress through jointing seal reinforce. At last, the paper expatiates the importance of bracket prepressing in contruction, giving obligate sedimentation value. |
