摘    要:以船舶6缸柴油机曲轴为例,在用CAXA软件建立三维实体模型的基础上,用AN—SYS软件对机体进行模态分析,计算出前2阶的相应振型,分析的结果显示出变形情况,为优化设计和故障诊断提供必要的依据.

Abstract:The three dimensional modal of the marine six-cylinder diesel engine crankshaft is established by the CAXA software, make modal analysis of the crankshaft by ANSYS software. Through the analysis, the mode shapes of the first 2 modes are obtained respectively, The results show vibration magnitude which provide necessary guides for the dynamic optimal design of crankshaft and malfunction diagnose.
