二灰砂砾混合料组成设计研究

摘    要:采用薄弱夹层分析法对二灰稳定类材料组成特点进行分析,以揭示材料强度增长三阶段特点,并从空间组合角度阐释混合料二级分散系的结构特点,提出与混合料路用性能密切相关的材料组成参数——二灰胶砂合理富余量指标,进而提出基于使用性能的混合料组成设计方法。室内测试分析证明:基于二灰胶砂富余量的混合料使用性能与胶砂富余量密切相关。

Lime-flyash Gravel Mixture Composite Design

Abstract:A weak interlayer analysis method has been introduced to analyze the characteristic of limeflyash stabilized material. The three phases of strength growth in lime-flyash stabilized material are put forward. The secondary dispersion system characteristic of mixture structure has been explained from the angle of spatial combination. The reasonable margin index of lime-flyash mortar which has a close relationship with the mixture road performance is given, and the mixture design method based on road performance is put forward. The close relationship between mortar margin and mixture road performance which is based on the lime-flyash mortar margin has been validated by the laboratory test.
