广州地铁2号线车站闸机温升过高分析与改造

摘    要:广州地铁2号线车站闸机内部温升过高的原因,是由扇门电机及直流电源共同导致。对内部发热源实施技术改造。其改造要点为:通过在扇门电机上加装单向制动机构,使扇门关闭时电机不需要加入制动电源,不再产生温升并节省能耗;对直流电源的电路进行改造。与原闸机技术参数对比,改造后闸机在保证使用安全、高效的同时,在节能降耗、延长部件使用寿命等方面效果显著。

Abstract:Aiming at AGM’s overheat phenomenon on Guangzhou Metro Line 2,which is commonly caused by the strobe electrical machine and the direct current power,some technical improvements to solve the inner heat source are discussed,that is to install an unilateral stopping outfit on the strobe electrical machine,so as to make the strobe shut without adding stopping power.As the result,the heat will not rise and the energy can be saved,meanwhile,the circuit of the direct current power also needs to be transformed.Compared to the original technological parameters of the brake,not only the operational safety and the efficiency can be guaranteed,but the energy-saving and extension of the machine’s life-span can also be achieved.
