| 摘 要： | 上海轨道交通1号线"12·22"列车侧面冲撞事故引起了业界的广泛关注。从事故经过、事故影响、应急处置、责任认定等四个方面对事故进行了详细分析。提出域市轨道交通运营管理在系统设计、采购、应急处置、人员培训和乘客信息告知等四方面的事后反思,以期为上海和国内其他城市的轨道交通安全运营提供参考。

| Abstract: | The train-side-collided accident of Shanghai metro line 1 on December 22 of 2(X)9 aroused wide concern in urban rail transportation field.With a focus on detailed analyses of the accident process,influence,emergency response and responsibility identification,some reflections on rail transit operation management in system design procurement are put forward,the emergency response,personnel training and passenger information are emphasized,because they will guarantee the safe operation of rail transit in Shanghai and other Chinese cities. |
