地铁车辆空气弹簧通用性能检测台机械结构设计

摘    要:介绍了新型地铁车辆空气弹簧通用性能检测台的机械结构设计,包括同步链轮传动系统、通用型夹具、压力加载机构、下底座及空气弹簧附加气室等主要部件.对压力加载横梁、下底座和滚珠丝杠三大关键受力部件进行了有限元分析和强度校核.研制的空气弹簧通用性能检测台为检修部门在车辆日常保养和维修过程中对判断空气弹簧系统的性能状态提供了有效的试验手段.

Abstract:The design of the mechanical structure of general performance test bench for air spring in subway vehicle is introduced,including synchronous sprocket drive system,universal fixture,pressure loading mechanism,lower seat and air spring additional chamber,etc.Three key mechanical components: the pressure loading beam,lower seat and ball-screw are analyzed by finite-element method and the strength is checked.The developed general test bench for air spring performance provides an effective test means for the maintenance departments to judge the performance of the air spring system in metro vehicles.
