旋挖钻进技术在硬岩层围护桩施工中的应用

在硬岩地层进行围护桩施工时有多种方法,但使用旋挖钻机作为成孔设备的施工方法并不多见。旋挖钻进技术具有经济、快捷、环保等优点并得到广泛应用。结合青岛地铁3号线五标宁夏路站基坑围护桩施工过程中所做的一些现场施工记录以及施工完毕对过程的总结,针对此类地层中使用旋挖钻机施工过程中所遇到的问题进行研究并找出解决措施,可为类似地质条件下的旋挖钻机成孔施工在设备选型以及钻机配套设备的使用方面提供一定的参考。

Application of Rotary Drilling Technology for Hard Rock Surrounding Pile Construction

There are many methods for the construction of hard rock surrounding pile,such as artificial bored pile and impact drilling hole,but record about hole drilled by rotary drilling machine is very rare.Following large scaled urbanization and the continuous growth of concrete pored piles of foundation facilities,rotary drilling technology has been developed very rapidly due to low cost,fast speed and less environmental impact.Combined with site construction records and the completion summary of the foundation pit surrounding pile at Ningxia Rd.Station of Qingdao Metro Line 3,problems in construction,research methods and adopted measures are discussed,which can provide a reference for the selection of rotary drilling machine and matching equipments during the construction of drilling hole in similar geological conditions.
