基于SIMPACK的四轴电力机车运行平稳性分析

摘    要:运用SIMPACK软件建立了四轴电力机车的多体动力学仿真模型。给出了轮轨接触几何关系,对四轴电力机车在美国5、6级线路上的运行平稳性进行了计算,分析了机车结构参数对平稳性的影响。四轴电力机车在5级线路上运行时,其垂向平稳性指标在运行速度为60km/h以下时达到优良标准,在70km/h时达到良好标准(后司机室在80km/h时也能达到良好标准),在80~100km/h时达到合格标准。四轴电力机车在6级线路上运行时,其垂向平稳性指标在所有计算速度下均达到优良标准。

Abstract:By using SIMPACK,a multi-body dynamics simulation model of the four-axle electric locomotive is set up,the contact geometry relation between wheel and rail is given,a calculation of the riding stability of the four-axle electric locomotives on the 5-6 grade lines in the United States is made,and the effect of the locomotive structural parameters on the riding stability is analyzed.When a four-axle electric locomotive is running on a line of grade 5,its vertical ride index can achieve excellent standards at the speed lower than 60 km/h,and good standards at 70 km/h(the rear driver’s cab could achieve good standards even at 80 km/h),it can meet eligibility criteria when the running speed is between 80~100 km/h.When a four-axle electric locomotive is running on a line of grade 6,its vertical ride index can achieve excellent standards at all the calculation speeds.
