高速铁路钢轨型面变化的跟踪观测及仿真分析

摘    要:对沪宁城际铁路某曲线段设立跟踪试验观测段,研究其钢轨型面的发展变化规律.观测数据统计分析表明,钢轨型面状态保养良好,且型面变化较缓慢,一年的平均最大磨耗量仅为0.34mm;内外轨磨耗区域主要集中在轨顶中心附近,外轨磨耗量略大于内轨.此外,利用所测钢轨型面数据,完成了轮轨接触状态的仿真分析,与现场观测基本吻合,从而验证了理论分析方法的可靠性,为深化高速铁路钢轨型面变化分析及其养修对策的制定提供了可资借鉴的理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the test conducted on one curve section of Nanjing-Shanghai PDL,a research on changing situations of rail profile’s development is carried out.According to the observed data,conditions of rail profiles are maintained well with rather slow change,the average maximum parameter of the rail wear in one-year is only 0.34mm.In addition,the worn sections of both inner and outer rail are mainly on the rail top surface,while the amount of wear of the outer rail is bigger than inner rail.Furthermore,through a simulation analysis of the rail/wheel interactions,the reliability and accuracy of the analytical method is verified,which will provide further theoretical information for the analysis of rail profile changes and for the establishment of track maintenance and management.
