| 摘 要： | 为降低齿轮箱维修成本及缩短齿轮箱采购周期,对上海轨道交通2号线车辆齿轮箱进行国产化研制。介绍了国产齿轮箱研制中的主要参数、设计方案、制造工艺、跑合试验、型式试验及装车考核试验。通过一系列试验表明,国产齿轮箱已完全满足上海轨道交通2号线列车的运用要求。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the maintenance cost of gearbox and shorten the gearbox purchase period,the localization of vehicle gearbox for Shanghai metro Line 2 is prepared.The technical parameters,design scheme,manufacture technique,performance test,characteristics test and the operation trial of the locally manufactured gearbox are introduced.Results of all the tests show that the vehicle gearbox could satisfy the running requirements of Shanghai metro Line 2. |
