双圆隧道二次注浆对结构的影响研究

摘    要:上海轨道交通2号线东延伸段的川沙站到凌空路站,采用双圆盾构进行施工,运营期内持续沉降,后采用双液注浆的方式进行沉降治理。对双液注浆期间对结构会产生怎样的定量影响,及双液注浆完成后,加固体对衬砌的反作用力是否能保证衬砌结构的安全等问题,进行了详细的分析和计算,为注浆治理沉降工作提供理论依据。

Abstract:The east extension of Shanghai metro Line 2 is constructed by using DOT method for the section between Chuansha Station and Lingkong Rd.Station.A lot of settlements have taken place in the tunnel structure and a double liquid grouting method was applied to conquer the tendency.This paper studies the effects of the 2nd grouting and the actions of the reinforced body to tunnel structure.A detailed calculation is conducted,and is theoretically useful for the treatment against settlement.
