摘    要:结合地铁机电设备管理的特点,从设备维护模式的发展进程和振动监测技术的特点出发,介绍了振动监测技术应用于地铁大型风机类设备的状态维修的基本方法,阐述了基本的传感器设置、网络信息拓扑结构。指出状态修模式必须从生产全过程进行规划,再辅以成熟的监测和计算机技术,才能真正达到修程的目的。

Abstract:According to the features of metro mechanical & electrical equipment management,from the development of maintenance mode and the features of vibration monitoring, the basic method of vibration monitoring in condition -based maintenance of metro facilities like the large fans is introduced,the installation of sensors,the network topology construction are described,some rules in condition -based maintenance to achieve the repair target are stressed,which will be planned in the entire process of production, and assisted with mature monitoring and computer technology.
