安徽省新一轮过江通道布局方案研究

文章在介绍安徽省首轮过江通道布局规划情况的基础上,结合皖江区域经济社会和交通运输出现的新变化,论证了开展新一轮过江通道规划的必要性。在区域相关重大规划解读的基础上,提出了规划思路;基于沿江各市跨江联动发展的实际交通需求和综合运输网的新格局,提出了＂分离与集约＂相结合的规划理念,并据此提出了分阶段的规划目标,形成了新一轮过江通道总体布局方案。

Research on the New-round Channel Layout Planning for Anhui Province

This paper introduced the first-round channel planning and demonstrated the necessity of a new-round planning with the analysis of some new characteristics appearing in society and transportation. Then the planning ideas were promoted based on the analysis of regional important planning. According to the actual river-crossing demand and the new regional traf- fic layout,the separation and intensive planning concept was also explained in this paper. At last,the planning objectives and layout scheme were obtained.
