| 摘 要： | 本文建立了一个比较完善的发动机产量质量与可靠性信息管理系统，该系统具有较强的数据查询、存贮、维护及统计计算功能。其中，不合格品缺陷模式的定义、分类及编码和失效案例库模块的设计，在国内汽车行业中尚属首次。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a well developed system of product quality and reliability information management of an engine is described. The system provides powerful functions of inquiring, storing, maintaining and statistical calculation of data. The definition, classification and coding of defect models of substandard products and the module design of the faulty product samples database in the system are the first attempt in domestic automobile trade. |
