摘    要:宁夏盐渍地区混凝土工程(桥基、隧道)腐蚀破坏比较严重,作者通过现场水质调查分析和综合评价,分析了混凝土腐蚀破坏模式及其机理。针对工程病害以及该地区特殊的地质水文环境,研制了掺有粉煤灰和高效减水剂的双掺耐腐蚀混凝土配方。通过试验确定了这种混凝土性能优于规范中抗硫酸水泥,并接近高抗硫酸水泥,在保证双掺混凝土抗腐蚀性能的基础上降低了工程成本。同时,对隧道衬砌混凝土常见的开裂、渗漏破坏提出了相应的设计、施工建议,取得了较好的社会、经济效益。本文的研究成果为西北盐渍地区混凝土工程腐蚀破坏综合治理提供了经验。

Abstract:Corrosion failure of concrete projects(bridge foundations,tunnels) is rather serious in Ningxia salty areas.By means of investigation,corrosion failure and its mechanism are analyzed and evaluated.A new corrosion resistant concrete containing fly ash and high performance water reducer is developed for the special geological and hydrographic conditions in this area.The performance of this concrete is better than that of the middle class anti sulfuric acid concrete and close to the performance of the high class anti sulfuric acid concrete.The concrete of this recipe ensures corrosion resistance performance and lower engineering cost.Some suggestions to the common failure such as crack and leakage for the design and construction is also advanced.The proposed treatment and research provide valuable experience for comprehensive treatment of corrosion failure of concrete projects in northwest salty areas.
