| 摘 要： | VBR视频信息即将成为宽带IP网的主要流量,在考虑网络资源利用率和动态带宽分配等方面,其中一项重要的内容就是VBR视频建模及其流量预测。本文在分析VBR视频流量主要特点的基础上,阐述了视频建模时应当注意的关键问题及其流量预测过程中应用的数学方法,并给出了若干典型的VBR视频流量模型。

| Abstract: | VBR video information will be come the major traffic in broadband IP networks. When usage of network resources and dynamic bandwidth allocation are considered, one important part is VBR video modeling and its traffic prediction. In this paper, both key problems in video modeling and several mathemathic methods used in traffic prediction are illustrated, which is based on analysis of characters of VBR video traffic. And then several classic VBR video models are given. |
