地铁综合监控系统的联动功能设计分析

摘    要:综合监控系统的联动功能可有效提高地铁的应急处理能力,减轻紧急情况下运营人员的工作压力,避免发生不必要的操作错误,降低劳动强度,是地铁安全保证的核心,同时也是提升运营效率的有效手段。针对地铁综合监控系统的联动功能,阐述其设计原则,并介绍联动的触发、控制方式以及配置管理,最后设计地铁运营中一些典型的联动预案。

Abstract:The linkage function of integrated supervisory and control system (ISCS) can effectively improve the capacity of emergency response, release the staff pressure under emergency operations, avoid unnecessary operating errors, and reduce the labor strength. Therefore, it is the key to ensuring the metro safety, and is an effective way to improve the efficiency of operations. For the linkage function of ISCS, discussion is made on the design principles, the trigger control modes and configuration management, and some typical linkage plans in metro operations.
