| 摘 要： | 做好地方高校毕业生就业工作,不仅关系到我国高等教育持续健康发展的大局,而且关系到学生走向社会、谋求发展的切身利益。本文分析了地方高校毕业生择业过程中面临的问题和困难,提出了促进地方高校毕业生充分就业的对策建议。
