| Abstract: | This article according to the author to be engaged in the countryside water supply engineering construction aspect in recent years some feeling, separately after the enhancement plan design scientific nature and rational, the water supply project participation main body universality, the establishment science sailor policy and the water fee collection system, the enhancement constructed the management and the establishment management responsibility system and so on four aspects elaborated own some viewpoints and the suggestion. |
