摘    要:随着列车的提速,现有桥梁平板橡胶支座暴露出“横向位移过大”之缺陷,对行车构成安全隐患。提出一种新的材料搭配和结构形式,研制出的新型平板橡胶支座能大幅度提高支座横向抗剪刚度,同时仍保留了现有平板橡胶支座在抗压和纵向抗剪方面较低的有利特性。

Abstract:As the train-speed is raised, the defects of excessive transverse sliding of the existing rubber bearing pads are revealed and become a hidden crisis for the safe travelling of trains. A new type of rubber bearing with new composition of materials and new structural type is developed, so as to increase its lateral shearing rigidity to large extent, yet to retain its relative low stiffness in compression and longitudinal shearing rigidity to advantageous condition.
