摘    要:与解析计算的方法相比,基于有限元法的电磁场数值计算在分析电机性能方面的精度更高。据此,本文引入运动电机的时步有限元法,采用APDL程序设计语言,以ANSYS有限元仿真软件为平台,通过建立不同的物理模型,将对直线电机推力波动影响最为显著的齿槽力和边端力分离开来,分别对其进行仿真分析,并根据仿真结果对改型电机的推力波动进行了优化。

Abstract:With the finite element method on calculating the electromagnetic field, the numerical method could offer absolutely advantages over the others on analyzing the motor’s properties accurately. Using the time-stepping finite-element analysis for the dynamic performance of motor, a series of codes are programmed by APDL programming language on ANSYS. By making different physical model on the PM linear brushless DC motor, the slot force and the end force, which are bad influences on thrust ripple seriously, are emulated separately. The optimized parameters on minimization of detent force in the PM linear brushless DC motor are derived according to comparison of the emulated results.
