内置预应力管的水泥土搅拌复合桩在深基坑支护中的应用

摘    要:基于水泥土搅拌桩和预应力混凝土管桩的优缺点,提出了在水泥土搅拌桩内插预应力管,形成抗渗性好、强度高的复合桩。以某深基坑支护工程中内置预应力混凝土管桩的水泥土搅拌复合围护桩为例,叙述了该复合围护桩的支护机理,同时对其施工工艺和质量控制进行了详细论述。

Application of Cement-soil Mixing Composite Pile with Built-in Prestressed Pipe in Deep Foundation Support
Abstract:Based on the advantages and disadvantages of cement-soil mixing pile and prestressed concrete pipe pile, a kind of composite pile which is formed by inserting prestressed pipe into cement-soil mixing pile and featured by good impermeability and high strength, was proposed herein; and then the cement-soil mixing composite retaining pile with built-in prestressed concrete pipe columns for deep foundation support was taken as an example to describe the retaining mechanism thereof and discuss the construction process and quality control in details.
