超长公路隧道工程建设方案的评估方法及指标体系研究

超长公路隧道工程建设方案涉及因素很多,有建设条件、平纵面指标、施工风险、环境影响等技术因素,也有工期、造价、运营成本等经济因素,这些因素对建设方案的影响程度很难精确衡量。为此,运用模糊综合评价法,采用群体AHP法确定各评价指标的主观权重,结合熵权法实现对超长公路隧道工程建设方案的评估,为建设方案优选提供参考。

Research on Evaluation Method and Index System of Extra-long Highway Tunnel Construction Scheme

Many factors are involved in the construction scheme of extra-long highway tunnel, including technical factors like construction condition, vertical and horizontal index, construction risk, environmental impact; and economic factors like construction period, cost and operation cost and so on. It’s hard to precisely evaluate the influence degree of these factors on the construction scheme. Therefore, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and group AHP method were adopted to evaluate subjective weights of each evaluation index, and the entropy weight method was adopted to evaluate the extra-long highway tunnel construction scheme, which provided basis for tunnel construction scheme optimum selection.
