螺旋钢桩现场抗压试验研究

摘    要:针对太阳能光伏电站工程中的小型螺旋钢桩,完成了39根试桩的现场抗压试验,对螺旋钢桩各桩型参数(叶片间距、叶片直径、桩长等)与其极限抗压承载力的关系进行了研究。试验表明:叶片间距比的变化是影响钢桩极限抗拔和抗压承载力的一个重要因素。根据试验研究,叶片间距比S/D=3~4时桩的极限承载力达到最优。双叶片桩的抗压承载力随桩长和叶片直径增大而增加,并呈近似的线性关系。

Experimental Study on Field Compression Test of Double-bladed Screw Pile
Abstract:As to small screw pile used in solar PV power station project, field compression tests were conducted on 39 piles in order to study the relation between the geometric parameters of pile (blade spacing, blade diameter and pile length etc.) and its ultimate bearing capacity. The tests show that the variation of blade spacing ratio is the important factor influencing the ultimate pullout resistance capacity and the ultimate compression bearing capacity of the steel pile. According to this study, it was found that, when the blade spacing ratio is S/D =3~4, the optimal ultimate bearing capacity of pile was given; and the ultimate bearing capacity of double-bladed pile is improved with the increment of the pile length and the blade diameter, presenting an approximate linear relationship.
