| 摘 要： | 1985年以来,我们采用颈部硬膜外腔注药,选择性推拿按摩治疗颈椎病30例,其中神经根型14例、椎动脉型5例,脊髓型1例,混合型10例。经一年来随访,27例有效,无效3例(穿刺失败一例)。我们施行颈部硬外腔注入激素和局麻药物,能消炎消肿镇痛、减轻压迫,阻断了恶性循环。加上手法松解软组织挛缩,调整失稳颈椎位置解除压迫症状,因而获得较为满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Since 1985,we have treated 30 casesof cervical spondylosis,by injecting cer-tain Drugs into extradural space and usingmassage selectively of them.There were14 cases of nerve root type,5 cases ofvertebraterial type.1 case of spinal cordtype,10 cases of mixed type.After oneyears follow up 27 cases were discoveredto be effective,and 3 cases not(1 casewas failed in puncture).This methodwere decompression,detumescencl,analge-sia stopping vicious circle.Again the mas-sage technique could relax the contractivesoft tissues,and put the cervical spondy-losis to the right position.So the symptomswere relieved and the results were better. |
