| 摘 要： | 讲话简要回顾了“十五”期间湖北省教育事业取得的重要成就,宣讲了“十一五”特别是2006年湖北省教育发展的基本方针和主要工作,着重强调了高等职业教育要把教育教学质量放在重中之重的位置,要建立和完善质量保证体系,并指出教学工作评估是其中的重要一环。湖北省高职高专人才培养水平的评估工作,大头在今后三年,为保证评估工作顺利开展,建立一支高水平的评估专家队伍十分必要。讲话还对如何进行专家培训,如何当好评估专家,做好评估工作,都做了原则而又具体的要求。

| Abstract: | This address dates back the great achievement made in the tenth five year plan period in Hubei educational cause,preaches the basic guideline and main tasks in Hubei province educational development in 2006 and emphasizes the key position of teaching quality.Some ideas have also brought forward to meet the requirements of standard evaluation work of fostering talents in Hubei province higher technical and vocational colleges. |
