| 摘 要： | 人工合成金刚石经历了粉状一片状一粉状触媒和石墨的过程，“单向生长机制”观点认为，粉状触媒工艺中金刚石生长环境优越，合成的金刚石单晶均匀对称，TI、TII优于片状触媒产品。

| Abstract: | Man-made diamond experienced the process that powder-slice-powder catalyst and graphite. The ＂one-way growth mechanism＂ view considers that diamond in powder catalyst technology has superior growing environment, the synthetic diamond crystal is in uniform symmetry, and the TI, TII are better than slice catalyst production. |
