窄间隙焊缝跟踪旋转电弧电流平均值传感法比较研究

摘    要:电弧传感是一种重要的焊缝跟踪方法.本文针对窄间隙旋转电弧焊焊缝跟踪的需要,对电弧传感中的电流平均值传感法进行了研究.由实验获取数据,采取有效的数据处理方法去除信号噪声,通过对比不同信息提取区间的电流偏差的平均值和标准差确定合适的信号提取区间.为了提高算法抗干扰能力,采用多旋转周期进行了比较,确立了合适的周期数.

Abstract:Arc sensing is an important seam tracking method.To satisfy the need of seam tracking for narrow gap rotating arc welding,the average method of arc sensing is studied.First,the proper interval for deviation signal extraction is studied by two proposed evaluation criteria.Then considering the anti-interference capability,a number of rotating cycles are considered in one comparison.The experiment result showed that this method can satisfy the need of narrow gap rotating welding.
