聚丙烯滤芯在反渗透预处理过程中的应用研究

摘    要:本文考察了聚丙烯蜂房式管状滤芯(SS-P01P25)对自来水中悬浮胶体颗粒物的去除能力.结果表明,滤芯的去除能力随处理水量的增加有一效率增加的过程,达到最佳去除率时,可使水质的污染指数从自来水的8左右下降到4.5左右,经两级滤芯处理污染指数下降到4.0左右,满足反渗透进水要求.该过程工艺简单,操作方便,可用于纯水制备过程中反渗透的预处理阶段.

Abstract:Studies the removing ability of honeycomb type polypropylene filter (SS-P01P25) for colloid in water. The results show that the remoying ability of the filter goes up with increasing the quantity of water treatmented. While going up to the best;the fouling index goes down to about 4,5 from about 8 of the original water,and the fouling index of the water through dual filters goes down to about 4.0.This kind of water may enter RO.This technology process is simple and convenient,and may be used in pretreatment stage of RO for preparation prcoess of the pure water.
