摘    要:利用UG和VPG技术建立了由车辆-货物-约束器械构成的货物约束系统的动力学模型,对其进行正面碰撞模拟仿真,得到车身变形和冲击能量分布状况。结果表明,驾驶室前部变形比较严重,起到了吸收能量的作用,后部货厢变形较小,货厢的冲击能量小于驾驶室的能量。分析结果可为确定货物约束系统的安全评价指标提供理论依据。

Abstract:This paper establishes the dynamic model of cargo lashing system composed of truck, cargo and cargo lashing device using UG software and Virtual Proving Ground technology. The bodywork distortion and impact energy distribution are obtained in the case of vehicle frontal impact simulation. The results show that the cab's distortion is much graver than the distortion of goods carriage and its distortion plays a role of the energy absorbed. The impact energy of goods carriage is lower than the cab's energy. The research can provide theoretical basis for determining the safety evaluation of cargo lashing system.
