电子商务信用风险预警问题研究

随着物流水平的提高和电子商务技术安全的完善,它们不再是制约电子商务发展的重要问题,而今信用风险问题成了制约电子商务发展的瓶颈,本文采用了规范研究和实证研究相结合的研究方法。在对国内外研究现状及现有风险预警理论进行综述的基础上,构建电子商务信用风险的预警指标体系,建立电子商务信用风险预警的Z-Score模型,而提出了企业应对不同风险状态的预警对策。

Study on the Problem of E-commerce Credit Risk Warning

With the improvement of Logistics level and the maturity of e-business security technology,the important issue in the restriction of e-commerce development has no longer existed.But the problem of credit risk has become a conditioned bottleneck to the development of e-commerce.This paper selects the methods of positive study and subjective study.This subject＇s study is based on the domestic and abroad studying results the existing warning system theories,builds the index system of e-commerce credit risk warning,and sets up the Z-score model of e-commerce credit risk warning.According to the outputs,we point out the relative strategies of different degrees of credit risk.
