隧道强透水砂砾地层袖阀管地表注浆加固工艺研究

摘    要:针对马鞍梁隧道洞身砂砾层具有强渗透、弱胶结、水力联系发育的特点,基于袖阀管注浆加固技术,提出约束-发散型注浆模式并采用硫铝酸盐单液浆与水泥-水玻璃双液浆混合、周边孔与中心孔分次、分段落注浆的试验方案,开展袖阀管注浆加固工艺试验研究及应用。超前水平钻探孔及岩芯取样效果表明:以地层加固为主的后退式袖阀管分段地表垂直注浆加固,有效地提高了隧道洞身地层的整体性、稳定性和均一性。

Abstract:Ma’anliang tunnel goes through a highly permeable, poorly cemented and hydraulically connected sandy gravel stratum under shallow cover. Soletanche grouting technology, including constraining diverging grouting, mixing of sulphoaluminate single component grout and cement sodium silicate two component grout, different grouting sequence for contour holes and center holes and section by section grouting, is tested and applied, so as to ensure the successful tunneling through the mentioned stratum. The advance horizontal probe drilling and the core samples show that the Soletanche grouting implemented has improved the integrity, stability and uniformity of the stratum effectively.
