无刀盘土压平衡盾构概念性设计

摘    要:为解决传统土压平衡盾构刀具切削效率低、磨损不均匀、刀盘转动惯量大及开挖异形断面困难等不足,创新设计一种具有土压平衡功能的无刀盘盾构。该盾构具有切削效率高、刀具寿命均衡、无需滚动纠偏、对隧道断面形状适应性强等特点。针对这种新机型的功能特点,从结构方面进行概念性设计。

Abstract:Conventional EPB shields have such disadvantages as low cutting efficiency, unbalanced wearing, serious cutterhead rotation inertness and being difficult in excavation of non circular tunnels. Therefore, a new type of non cutterhead EPB shield is designed. The new type of EPB shield mentioned has such advantages as high cutting efficiency, balanced cutting tool service life, being free of rotation correction and being highly adaptable to different tunnel cross sections. In the paper, the conceptual design of the EPB shield is presented.
