IGBT逆变器供电的电力机车转向架轴承失效分析

摘    要:对由IGBT变流元件构成的交流传动逆变器供电的电力机车转向架的驱动装置轴承和轴箱轴承的电流通路进行探索、分析,特别对Electric Discharge Machining(EDM)电流进行了分析,提出了判断轴承电蚀失效的依据及相应的解决措施。

Abstract:The current path through drive unit bearings and axle box bearings of IGBT Inverter-fed electric locomotives is investigated and analyzed. Especially, the EDM current inducing the electric erosion failure is analyzed. The proofs to identify the electric erosion and the corresponding solutions to prevent the failure are proposed.
