重载铁路铜合金接触线选型的研究

摘    要:采用我国自主创新"上引连挤法"制造的铜镁合金接触线改善内在品质、大幅提高机电性能,居于国际领先水平,已在高速铁路大面积推广应用,取得了成功的运行业绩。重载铁路选用基于此先进工艺生产的铜微镁合金接触线替代铜银合金接触线,在载流条件下,导电率、直流电阻、载流量相差甚微,强度更高,耐磨耗,延长使用寿命,可节省贵金属银和建设投资,具有显著的技术经济效益。

Abstract:The Cu-Mg copper alloy contact wires manufactured based on our country's independent innovation technology, the up cast and continuous extrusion technology, have a substantial increase in interior quality and electromechanical properties, which have a chieved the international leading level. They have been applied to high speed railway widely and obtained successful operation perform ance. If Cu Ag copper alloy contact wires were replaced by Cu-Mg copper alloy contact wires in heavy haul railway, under the condition of current carrying, the electrical conductivity, direct current resistance and current-carrying capacity are almost the same between Cu Ag copper alloy contact wires and Cu Mg copper alloy contact wires, but the later have better strength, high wear resistance and long working life. It could save precious metal of silver and construction investment, which would make a significant technical and economic benefit.
