摘    要:以龙溪嘉陵江大桥9#墩承台施工为实例工程,首先验证了埋设冷却水管对降低混凝土温度具有显著效果;然后分析了冷却管通水量、冷却管管径、冷却管间距等因素对降低混凝土温度作用效果的敏感性;最后针对上述研究结论得到了冷却水管埋设的最优方案,并验证了最优方案下混凝土应力、法向裂缝比率与《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-20...

Abstract:Taking the construction of 9# pier base slab of Jialing River Bridge in Longxi as an example, firstly it is verified that the embedded cooling water pipe has a significant effect on reducing the concrete temperature. Then, the sensitivities of cooling pipe flow, cooling pipe diameter, cooling pipe spacing and other factors to the effect of reducing concrete temperature are analyzed. Finally, according to the above study conclusions, the optimal scheme for the embedding of cooling water pipe is obtained, and it is verifies that the concrete stress and normal crack ratio of the optimal scheme are in conformity with the Code for Design of Concrete Structures GB 50010-2010.
