高风险铁路隧道超前地质预报影响隧道建造成本分析

摘    要:为探讨超前地质预报对高风险隧道建造成本的影响,将高风险铁路隧道的建造成本估算得更合理,对高风险铁路隧道超前地质预报纳入工序管理增加的隧道建造成本进行定量分析。通过分析得知高风险铁路隧道的超前地质预报对隧道的建造成本影响较大,建议将高风险铁路隧道的超前地质预报费用从安全生产专项费用中剥离,并将超前地质预报引起隧道建造成本增加的费用纳入工程造价标准体系管理。

Abstract:The additional construction cost of high risk railway tunnels produced due to the incorporation of the advance geology prediction into the tunnel construction management procedure is quantitatively analyzed,so as to learn the influence of the advance geology prediction on the tunnel construction cost and to achieve a more rational estimation on the construction cost of high risk railway tunnels.The study shows that the advance geology prediction made during the construction of high risk railway tunnels has great influence on the tunnel construction cost.It is proposed that the cost of the advance geology prediction made in the construction of high risk railway tunnels should be separated from the safe production cost and the additional tunnel construction cost produced due to the advance geology prediction should be incorporated into the standard engineering cost management system.
