摘    要:搅拌条件对于悬浮聚合制备珠体粒径的控制十分重要。三叶式后掠桨具备较合适的剪切循环比,可使物料呈现稳定、均匀的整体循环,从而使聚合物的粒径、粒度控制在一个比较理想的范围。本文通过悬浮聚合成粒机理论述了三叶式后掠桨用于悬浮聚合时的优良特性,并且介绍了设计的一般原则。

Abstract:Stirring condition played an important role in controlling bead size.In this paper,Three-bladed helical agitator with incurved blades was described for its excellent properties in suspension polymerization.General design principles were also introduced.
