| 摘 要： | 针对柳州铁路局管内旅客发送量自1999年以来持续下滑，分别对铁路与公路旅客运输的优劣势进行分析，指出影响铁路管内旅客发送量下滑的主要因素，是所在地公路旅客快班车的飞速发展，提出有选择地开行“接驳巴土”等措施建议。
